”We stopped here on our way to Shenandoah. It was a last minute find for our family of six (teens and you adult kids). We got in at 7 went to eat at Benders and played trivia and darts. Had a great walk by the vineyard behind the house and the civil war park. Host was great and responsive. Could see this as a great location for a Girls weekend too.”

”The property was clean and perfect for the trip. It was quiet and had the relaxing feel I was looking for after a day of exploring Gettysburg with my two boys. The fresh fruit and snacks were a bonus.”

”The place was spotless and very clean. It is a newly renovated property and I think the owners are still adding to it. Plenty of room. Very easy walk to downtown and the shops/restaurants. No regrets in staying there.”

”The house was centrally located for all that we wanted to do in the area. We enjoyed the easy access to all of the shops and restaurants downtown. The outside patio area was nice and we would have taken more advantage but it was way too hot in MD that week. The off street parking was nice as well. Be mindful the house is 165 years old, with narrow stairs and hallway but we had no complaints about our stay.”
