”This is one of my favorite places to stay! It’s a stand-alone space above a detached garage, behind the host’s home. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. You park directly next to the door, so if’s really easy to unload/load your things. A half-flight of stairs leads up to a small living room, kitchen with a table, bathroom with a shower, and a bed space with a closet. Kept very clean! Jane is a kind, communicative, excellent host. ”This little cabin is absolutely amazing, it stayed cool inside despite it being almost 100 outside, the view was absolutely amazing and the hosts were very friendly and attentive, the space was very cozy and inviting, and the surrounding area was very beautiful, we loved the quaint and relaxing atmosphere, the pond and firepit were very nice and the whole experience was absolutely out of this world, we will definitely be returning in the fall, over all I will give this place a 10/10 on...

”We were quite impressed with the homey feel of the place, and it was great having 3 recliners in the living room too! Check-in went quite smoothly, and the place was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and there was just enough space for us to not feel crowded. The location was convenient for our visit, and we were close enough to ample dining/shopping without much trouble at all. The only thing we noticed in the area is the narrow roads, super sharp, unexpected turns, and sometimes confusing...

”The apartment had an unusual layout with a tiny kitchen and the table area down the hall. Two of my brothers and I were in the area for a funeral. We had plenty of space and individual privacy. The description said that there was a bed in the common area, so I booked it for 3 adults. The host informed me that there was not a bed but provided a blowup mattress. When the mattress did not hold air, she immediately provided a new one. The host was very responsive. ”

”...and then some. My family and I had such a memorable stay. Every inch of the home was packed with the sights, sounds and smells of our childhood. The house is cozy, comfortable and immaculate. One note: there is only one ac unit but plenty of fans were provided. Melanie is a very gracious host and accessible. The location was perfect for our weekend activities but honestly the best times were spent in the house, taking it all in and hours on chatting on the porch. We will definitely return!”

”The house was beautiful! It was in a great location right on the river. The pool was great, very clean. We had one issue with the water not getting hot in the upstairs bathroom. Terry did send someone the same day, but it still didn’t get hot after he left. But the shower downstairs worked very well, so we all used that one. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone! Especially if you have a boat for the river.”
