Yksinäisyys kadonneissa mäntyissä

Oletko koskaan kuullut korkeiden mäntyjen kuiskausta? Tämä on paikka. Eristäytynyt maalaismainen mökki 300 hehtaarin suuruisella yksityisellä mäntymetsällä. Nauti patikoinnista, maastopyöräilystä ja näkymistä suurelta kannelta. Mökki sisustus perustuu paikalliseen legendaan & Broadwayn hitti, paras Pikku Whorehouse Texasissa, täynnä rouva sänky. Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone. Grillata ulkogrillihiilellä. 2 mailia moottoritieltä. Täydellinen pariskunnille, yksin seikkailijoille, perheille ja karvoisille ystäville.

Mökki on kiinteistöllä, joka on ollut perheessämme 1800-luvun alusta lähtien, ja vieraita rohkaistaan kävelemään, ajamaan (tuomaan pyöräsi) ja nauttimaan alueen rauhasta vapaa-aikanaan. Sinua kannustetaan tuomaan matkapuhelin, koska tiloissa ei ole puhelinta. Löydät matkustamon rakentamisesta mukavan, houkuttelevan ja mielenkiintoisen. Äskettäin uusittu tammikuussa 2019 päivitetyillä laitteilla ja vinyylilattialla kaikkialla. Matkustamon sisäseinät ovat setristä ja paljaat koskenlaskut lisäävät viehätysvoimaa. Etu- ja takaovet ovat yleensä avoinna nauttiakseen lempeästä tuulesta, joka puhaltaa ohjaamon läpi.

Piney Woods Weekend

The cabin at Lost Pines is absolutely perfect. Very quaint while still having all the amenities you need. We had five people for the weekend and it was very comfortable. I am absolutely looking to stay here again! We stayed in the cabin while attending Sherwood, so I would love to return and spend the weekend just exploring the property. The owners were very sweet and responsive. Highly recommend!

Annual getaway after Christmas

This was the perfect place for our getaway. The property was fantastic. The cabin was wonderful full of interesting history about the Chicken Ranch and everything we needed to cook and relax. Jan was wonderful and always responsive. The best part for us was being able to let our dogs off leash to run and hike the numerous trails. We will definitely return

Peaceful Retreat Among the Pine Trees

I loved the feel of the cabin on this private property tucked among the pine trees. If you are looking for peaceful solitude, this is the place. Very close to the state park for hiking and the little town is cute too. The cabin was a little buggy, not too bad, but expected since it's in the middle of nowhere. I enjoyed a peaceful solo get away here.

Another great stay in the woods

Our favorite place to relax and unwind free from the road noise, and noisy neighbors. This was our third visit and already planning for next year. This cabin is as advertised, quaint, rustic but with the best back porch in Texas. Great for morning coffee or evening drinks and with a view what else could you ask for.

Refreshing, Relaxing, Wonderful, Beautiful Enviroment!

It was the best place for me and my dogs to stay. Being on a 200 acre hidden cabin with 2 big dogs and no one around to bother us was wonderful. The dogs got to explore, hunt and chase critters! I also got to see the stars like I use to at night when I was a kid. I even slept so comfortable which I hadn't in such a long time. Plus, me and the dogs explored everywhere around us. San Marcos, New Braunfels, New Waverly, Cayon Lake, Guadalupe River, Austin, Lake Travis area, Outlet Mall. Yes, you will never regret your stay.

Cabin fever

Found this cabin for my wife's birthday. It was exactly what she had been wanting. Beautiful cabin with a fun bit of history to see and experience. Comfortable beds, and sweet back porch with three ceiling fans. The property and the pond are awesome! Fun to hike and explore. We will definitely come back to visit this little ol calbin.

This was our second stay and we absolutely love it out here. So peaceful and well accommodated. The hosts are the best I've ever worked with for vacation rentals. The property is so neat to explore. We brought our e-bikes this time and it made for some great rides as well as an easy trip to Buescher next door to ride the road to Bastrop. A+ vacation!!

We arrived early like 5am..there are signs but we got lost for a moment..there are signs that say cabin but very hard to see in the dark..suggestion reflection paint It is a rough ride with dirt,clay and rock road for 1.5 mile in the property..the ride is more than worth it Our hosts were very kind. The cabin was well furnished The only thing (besides the reflective paint) are instructions on what to in case of Tornado warnings and watches and nickel to quarter sized hail and keeping your wind sheild in tact Would i stay there again. Better believe it

Home base for Colorado River fishing trip

Stayed at lost pines cabin during a Colorado River fishing trip. Cozy. Quiet. Beautifully peaceful spot. Every convenience without the stress of a city neighborhood. Loved it.

Cozy Cabin

This cozy cabin in the woods was just what we were looking for. It was peaceful and quiet. We hiked in several State Parks. And even walked around the property. Buescher State Park is only a few mikes away. The sunsets on the back porch were amazing. The cabin had everything we needed. The reclining couches sure felt good after the miles we walked.

Shock and Awe!!

The cabin is well off the beaten path…and on top of a hill!!! The back porch view is a vista, not a view. It’s absolutely beautiful. The cabin is perfectly rustic with all the conveniences. The road to the cabin is bumpy and rocky. I drive a car so getting to the cabin was slow going but that was ok because of the views!! You just have to be careful. Overall, we could not have found a better getaway. Bed & breakfast’s can’t hold a candlestick to this property!

Wonderful Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay at the cabin. We were spending 3 days shopping the Round Top antique show and it was nice coming back to the cabin and just relaxing on the back porch. Truly perfection. The cabin was roomier then I thought it would be. The decor was thoughtfully done, had all the comfort you needed and extremely clean. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others looking for a wonderful getaway.

Another great stay

This was the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed here and would continue to recommend. Host is great and its not through a management company, which is always a plus. She responds quick even though we have never had an issue. Will be coming back here for sure.

Best little Cabin in Texas

The cabin is cozy and secluded. Not fancy but very comfortable. It was impressive to see that 2 additional A/Cs had been added to help cope with the extra warm temperatures this year. We will be returning next year. Rick & Chris

Happy on The Hill

We had a great time.... next time we stay will be to enjoy the area... we had family wedding and that took up our day... But the cabin was so comfortable to come home at night... loved drinking coffee in the morning and enjoying the view.... Jan was such a joy to talk to...will definitely be back...Thanks Jan!
