”We stayed here recently for Indy 500 weekend. Hotel seems brand-new, is really clean and well-maintained. Staff were welcoming and nice. Location is great right off of I-65. No complaints - would stay here again!”

”We stayed one night in a suite and had a pleasant experience overall. The room and hotel were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was average, but I appreciated the boiled eggs and fresh fruit options. One aspect I did not like was the check-in process: guests are asked to review and confirm their personal information on a screen that is visible to people standing behind them, which felt like a privacy concern. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.”

”Room bed covers with blood, upon requesting refund. Manager stated I was in the room for 30 mins. That does not justify the beds were covered in blood stain in the room, being a non-smoking smell like smoking to the carpet and to the ceiling.. The worst experience I’ve ever had.”

”Staff was very helpful, it’s just a bad property. Room smelled like mildew. No ventilation so I’m pretty sure it’s black mold in there. Price was $232 for night!! 5/10/2026! Highway Robbery!!”

”While it was nice to have a full-size refrigerator, it is not a place to stay short-term if you are expecting some things included with a regular hotel room, such as a disposable cup. Check-in staff, first stated they could not check in any one early, however a new person 30 minutes later had no such issues. Commode overflowed due to flapper not closing. Had to get extra towels to soak up water, but had to go to desk as housekeeping staff was not willing to help. Mop issues, so extra towels...

”When I walked in, there was an overpowering smell in the hotel and I thought it would subside. I got checked in and got my room, and the smellwas in the room. It was terrible. I was there about two hours and ended up throwing up so I had to leave. I get migraines and this triggered me a migraine, and I have fibromyalgia and I’m very sensitive to smells. ”The guy at the desk was nice and all, but the hotel is terrible. My 1st room was disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Floor looked grimy and unvacuumed and the back wall was stained and horrid looking. The room he switched me to, I didn't even look inside. I smelled urine as soon as I opened the door. I immediately recovered my deposit and demanded a refund for the reservation. If I could give 0 or even negative stars, I would. This place sucked!”
