”Young people at the reception were looking at the screen while talking to you. No apologies for reasonable complaints or requests. Not rude exactly but close and definitely indifferent.
The ”Skyline view” we paid extra for was towards bushes of a big park, a 5 store apartment building and the fancier hotel towers next door.
Shower gel, shampoo etc. pump-bottles on the wall were replaced with 1 single-use shampoo and conditioner. For 2 people. No shower gel.

”The hotel was very warm and inviting. The valet greeted us and helped us unload our bags and get into the lobby. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was by far the best part! The gentleman making the omlettes welcomed us, the food was delicious and there was a variety of options. Every staff member we interacted with was top notch. I was so impressed with how the hotel was staffed and ran. Their manager does a great job of setting a standard and everyone...

”The hotel is beautifully kept up and modern. The pictures are accurate. What is not as well represented is how excellent the staff are with special mentioned of Thomas and Hiba. Hotel management goes above and beyond. Thank you for a superb four day stay. The conference center is only a 10 minute walk, with amenities like the CVS across the street and a cute Irish pub one block away. ”
