”Beautiful hotel with the most exquisite Christmas decorations. We enjoyed going to each floor to see the different displays. The pool was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable.”

”Sparkling clean rooms, heated pool, live music and s'mores every night. My kids loved the slushy machine in the lobby. My only complaint is the shower water that gets all over the bathroom floor because of the half door. Awesome place to stay!”

”The hotel was so nice, clean, convenient, and had great amenities, with choices of views, multiple bars/eateries, coffee shop, rooftop pool overlooking the Island and water show. The rooms had everything we needed and even an in-room jacuzzi tub. We were able to access the hotel from various places in the island(very helpful when super hot or in sudden rain showers. The valet service was quick and very convenient.”

”Very clean. Staff was friendly. We needed additional blankets and the front desk gave us some. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast is to go. You can grab a Coffee, Popcorn, Donuts, Cookies and similar items to go... by the check in reception. We would stay here again.”

”We loved the new floors in our room and how excellent the staff were. However, next time I will ask for a room without an adjoining room door because we could hear too much coming from the neighboring room through that door.”

”It was so nice having the waterpark on site, the kids loved it. We had the room with the bunk beds for kids and they loved having their own space. I do wish that a few more things were included with the cost of the stay, almost everything to do on site cost extra and adds up fast.”

”This is our go-to hotel when traveling to Pigeon Forge with our 3 grandchildren, ages 15, 14, 9. The facility is well maintained, totally family friendly and accommodates all age groups. Our check in was easy, Sandra was extremely welcoming, very friendly. The gentleman who brought up our roll away was friendly and even offered to set it up if needed. I failed to get his name but each and every time we're there, he is always friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was plentiful, many options...

”Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits.”

”Convenient location and hotel was very clean. The staff seemed very unwilling to help mostly in the evening had bad attitudes. Normally other hotels i stayed previously the staff was very friendly and would be very accommodating not this one. But i would stay there again because how clean and it’s in great location. Not friendly.”
