”We very much enjoyed our stay here! It’s just far enough from the gatlinburg downtown strip that you feel like you’re still in nature. If you’re like us coming to explore the national park and not the “Vegas Vibes” then I strongly recommend this hotel. The people who work the front desk were incredible and took amazing care of us! There’s laundry on site (the front shop sells detergent), the gym was great and the pool was a nice evening activity. Will definitely be staying here again if we visit...

”Room was clean, pool was small, breakfast was uninviting so we ate out. Staff was friendly. Would recommend if you’re on a budget.”

”The room was always cleaned and beds made every day when we came back to our room. The restaurant was great in the morning with the breakfast bar or continental breakfast not so much if ordering in the evening. They needed a few more options. Also a lot of the staff couldn’t understand English or speak it very well. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.”

”I will start with the positives, the property is close to the strip and there is a shuttle stop right outside, which makes it easier to get to the strip and any other stops within Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge area. Now the negatives, the manager on duty (who is usually there in the morning), is very rude and not helpful at all. Being in hospitality, she does not have a basic courtesy to take to someone who is a retiree and an aged person. Don’t try to even ask them for a different room, because...

”Excellent weekend stay. Property is well located to enjoy all of the activities Gatlinburg has to offer, but removed from the overly crowded area so you have peace and quiet in the evening. ”The room was clean. I loved the fireplace. It made everything nice and cozy. The TV was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect! I never had an issue finding parking in their lot, and we were able to walk to all the main attractions within a few minutes. The staff was helpful and promptly provided me with extra soap, towels and TP when I asked. I recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be booking here again when I come back to Gatlinburg.”
