”Matkakohde ja hotelli olivat onnistuneita valintoja. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta ja kielitaitoista. Paikallisbussin pysäkki sijaitsi aivan hotellin lähellä. Paikalliset ihmiset olivat myös hyvin avuliaita, vaikka yhteistä kieltä ei ollutkaan. Meidän perhe lensi Zagrebiin ja sieltä bussilla Pulaan. Pulan keskustaan saavuimme myöhään yöllä, joten ajoimme taksilla hotellille. Hotellissa oli oikein viihtyisä sisäuimaallas saunoineen, joka palveli hyvin, koska matkustus ajankohta...

”Uimarannat löytyvät muutaman sadan metrin päästä. Rannalle vievä tie on ajoittain liikenteeltään vilkas ja paikalliset ajavat lähes aina kovaa. Hotellin sijainti on rauhallinen ja vuokra-autolle löytyi pihasta hyvin maksutonta tilaa. Kävellen keskustaan n. 20 minuuttia ja bussi lähti aivan kulman takaa, jos ei halua kävellä. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Kaikki tilat todella siistejä ja tyylikkäitä. Aamupala monipuolinen tuoreine hedelmineen. Ainoa miinus oli...

”Palvelu oli loistavaa ja erityisen ystävällistä. Uima-allas alue oli siisti ja mieluisa. Sopivan rauhallinen. Ylätasanteen baari/ snack alueella turhan luja musiikki iltasella.”

”I stay in Hotel one week. Breakfast was exellent and dinner also. We had only b&d, but twice we used dinner. One day we we rent bikes from hotel and price was normal. Finnish sauna was good. In-pool was too low only for children. Our room was clean and silent. All staff people was nice and friendly. Something bad => Parking space was 300 m from hotel. Opposite of hotel was nice and small bistro. Much more cheaper than hotels lobbybar.”

”Stayed for 2 nights late August. Don't know if they are really making profit with holiday season or why the same room is available for half the price a month later? We didn't even have breakfast included and when you pay more than 120 euros per night this would be the first thing you expext. Transfer to airport is 25 euros. For 10 min ride it is a rip-off. ”Not only is this a beautiful hotel with well maintained rooms in the best location in old town but the staff made it that much better. I have to say Anet and Karla who was welcoming and incredible helpful at the front desk with staff member Christian . Were three of the best hotel staff I ever met. Hotels are not just brick and mortar, they are part of an experience and the experience We had was delightful. Highly recommended ”

”Room was clean when we arrived and check in was easy. We spend 5 nights and once got our towels changed. Service was ok for a residence. If you are expecting a hotel this is not a thing. Location was good and area was silent. ”
