”Freezer Hostel is a combination of hotel rooms and hostel/camping accommodations. It has an artsy vibe and good shared amenities including a kitchen and a very welcoming common area where they host live music and other events on weekends. We cannot speak to the rooms at the property itself because our room was not available upon arrival due to an electricity issue. While this was poorly communicated before our arrival, the host more than made up for this by being super helpful when we arrived...

”A very cool hotel. Our triple room was spacious, and the beds are very comfy. The owner was very welcoming. The only thing is there are not much around the area, but it’s only 15-min drive to Stykkishólmur where you can get all you need.”
