Located in an oceanfront condominium community on the quieter northern end of Topsail Island, Beach Retreat puts you just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Start your morning with a cup of coffee and the coastal breeze, spend the day searching for shells and watching for dolphins, then settle in for a relaxing evening after a day in the sun.

Inside, the two-bedroom, two-bath layout gives families, couples, or friends room to spread out and enjoy their time together. Having two full bathrooms is especially convenient when everyone is getting ready for another day at the beach—or heading out for dinner and drinks.

Topsail Reef offers private beach access for owners and guests, along with community amenities including tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts, grilling and picnic areas, and on-site laundry facilities. Across the street you`ll find a convenient market and seasonal Tiki Bar, perfect when you want to grab a few necessities, enjoy a cold drink, listen to live music or join in on karaoke without having to venture far from your Beach Retreat.

A Few Things to Know

Beach Retreat is located on the second floor and requires stairs. Topsail Reef does not have elevators.

Topsail Reef is located along an area of North Topsail Beach protected by a sandbag shoreline barrier. Beach conditions change naturally with the tides, and direct beach access in front of the complex may be limited around high tide. At lower tides, there`s plenty of opportunity to get out and enjoy the shoreline. A nearby public beach access provides another option when conditions directly in front of the complex aren`t cooperating.
