Wonderful location! Owners were attentive and made sure we were settled in. Great spot right by beach access so we could run up and have lunch while leaving our chairs out. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful stay!

This property was hands down a 10/10.The proximity to the beach, outdoor shower, and beachfront decks made for seamless and carefree days at the beach. Being right next to the neighborhood beach access meant we could hop inside to eat lunch and head right back out to our spot. We enjoyed the sound access pier and gazebo at sunsets while fishing. Nature was all around—we found shark teeth, 2 nearby protected sea turtle nests, saw dolphin pods swimming from the upper deck, and ghost crabs at night. The waves were fun but not overpowering due to a prolonged sandbar—perfect opportunity to walk far out and boogie board back in. The home itself had comfortable beds, abundant towels, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, and multiple spots upstairs for family to spread out and do indoor activities. Furniture is well kept, stylish, and useful.It is evident that the owners enjoy their home and are gracious to share it with us. We will absolutely be back! Loved our experience.

The Perfect Beach Getaway for Baby Moon!

This was a perfect, cozy spot for us to spend our baby moon. We were greeted by a beautiful view on the top floor of the beach and spent plenty of time on the outside patio areas taking in the views of the ocean and dolphins daily! We were thrilled with how convenient the location was to beach access (seconds away) which allowed us to freely go back and forth to the house. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels provided which lightened our load with packing, and we often used the outdoor shower to rinse off which came in clutch!In the kitchen, we were delighted to find k cups and local coffee from The Daily Grind provided (which prompted us to go visit and we loved it) for when we wanted a full pot. There was any kind of cookware we wanted available to use as we did eat in several nights and a full spice rack. We were impressed by how much was on hand and how thoughtful the hosts were in having things beyond usual kitchen staples. We stayed in the master bedroom, which provided a comfortable mattress and plenty of storage and closet to hang clothes. The bathroom was fully stocked with essentials and they even had a starter kit for washing clothes with pods and dryer sheets. They anticipated every need and we felt right st home especially since everything was neat and clean. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to return with our baby boy and future children due to the convenience to the beach and finding this wonderful place to stay! Kevin & Anna Angles

True Rest

This was a much needed get-away trip for us. We came in February, so people were scarce. Weather was mostly cold and dreary, but the condo was perfectly warm and comfortable in every way. Loved the comfortable living area with perfect view of the surf. Master bed was just as good as our Sleep Number at home. Many of the restaurants were closed, so we cooked in good bit and had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy the view of the ocean from the kitchen dining area. Beach always had unique shells/stones, especially at low tide. Perfect for long slow walks. Thank you so much for sharing!!

Perfect!

The home is in the best location for spectacular views and beach coming! We enjoyed watching the dolphins play all day. Beautiful home with all the amenities that are needed for relaxation. The beds are very comfortable and we slept well. Definitely will stay again!

Clean, updated, and relaxing

I took a three day solo trip to the beach in November 2024 and it was perfect. The listing and pics of the house were super accurate. The hosts messaged me on day 2 of my stay just to check in and make sure everything was good. I appreciated their communication. It's the best communication I had with any host on VRBO and the other rental agency that cannot be named on this platform combined. The king size bed was really comfortable and I'm a mattress snob. The outdoor shower is the most thoughtful outdoor shower I've been in. Shower benches, new double shower heads, and trex floorboards. Plus super private. I saw pods of dolphins daily too. Great spot and great hosts.

Watch the sunrise from your bedroom

You can't get much closer to the beach than this! This lovely townhouse is located at the far end of Topsail Island, so it is much less crowded than the Surf City area. It is very well decorated and maintained. The hosts were very responsive and checked in with us several times to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying at the Stella Maris!

Absolutely beautiful

Our stay was great, unfortunately too short. The condo is perfect location to the beach and easy access right out the door. The beach in this area of Topsail is a little on the short side but was perfect for our stay this time of year. Cleanliness was exceptional and loved the little special touches ! Thank you so much!

Perfection!

Loved this townhome! The location is excellent - right on the beach, a quiet area with views of the ocean and ICW at the same time from the upstairs living space. You can tell the owners use the home, as well as rent it, because it is so comfortable with EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a vacay. The home is super clean, linens are pristine, washer and dryer provided are full size. Beach access, outdoor private shower, multiple decks, well equipped kitchen … all of these things are top notch!

Fantastic beach time

We enjoyed our stay! Ronnie and Marie are excellent communicators and hosts. The location cannot be beat with the most gorgeous beach just a few steps away. We loved that the area is more on the quiet side, not party-oriented and we slept well every night in their comfortable bed with little to no noise from neighbors. The unit has a stocked kitchen with tons of cooking tools, so we cooked a lot and enjoyed the beautiful views from both sides! Also, check out Midgett & Sons Crab Company and Riverview Cafe in Sneads Ferry, they are close by.

Amazing location in North Topsail!

We had a great time at Stella Maris. The location couldn’t be better. Truly just steps from the beach. Really convenient for our family. The decor is lovely. 4 balconies! Amazing outdoor shower! Loved that the linens and towels were provided. Nice perk to be able to walk to coffee and ice cream right up the beach and shelling was great in that area. So glad we were able to book this location this summer!
