    Wake up with the ocean right outside your door at this cozy oceanfront condo in the Topsail Reef community of North Topsail Beach. Perfect for a couple or small family looking for a simple coastal escape, this third-floor retreat puts the sights and sounds of the shoreline front and center.

    The private oceanfront balcony is easily the highlight of the condo. Start your morning here as the sun rises over the water, keep an eye out for dolphins passing offshore, or settle in with a book while the sound of the waves provides the background. In the evening, step back outside and enjoy the ocean breeze as another laid-back beach day comes to an end.

    Inside, the comfortable living space keeps the coastal scenery close with sliding glass doors opening toward the balcony and water beyond. The compact layout makes this an easy home base for travelers who plan to spend their days enjoying the beach and exploring Topsail Island before returning to a peaceful place by the ocean.

    Located toward the quieter northern end of North Topsail Beach, Topsail Reef offers a relaxed setting away from the busier parts of the island while still keeping you within driving distance of local dining, shopping, and activities.

Great Location!

Great location and updated furniture to include a pull out couch. The bunk beds were awesome! The condos are a bit outdated but for the price you can't beat it. We even extended our stay. The AC was cold and there was an amazing breeze from the beach!

Great place for an individual or couple

Loved the property and the view ! The only thing was the furniture in the living area is tiny. Other then that .... a great experience !

The portable AC unit had a high pitched whistle sound, similar to a dog whistle. Very annoying, so I would only run the AC when I was not at the condo. I would recommend hiring an exterminator. There was a very large bug, 99% sure it was a roach that I tried to smash on multiple attempts throughout the condo. The living room furniture and bed were comfortable but overall I would not stay here again.

Great visit, but

Great little place. Stove burners need adjustment. Left front doesn't work. Right burner is wobbly. Furniture uncomfortable, couch hard and low to floor. All else was fine.

Small and out of date.

Very small room compared to others in the same building. Pot and pans had crusted on food from previous renters. The furniture was very small. Great for little kids but not adults. Access to the beach is not existent for this complex. Sandbags in front of the building cannot be walked on so you have to use the public beach access south of the complex. Good luck trying to sleep in the twin bed. I'm still hurting! View of the ocean was great. Even got to see a bunch of dolphins for a couple of hours. The complex is very quiet for the most part. Really nice to hear the waves lapping on the shore at night.

Inside Ok…Location Right on the beach 5 stars

Overall Cleanliness = 2 stars Location 5 stars Overall = 2.5 It was awesome to have a 3rd floor unit directly on the beach! However the unit was extremely humid /wet feeling where the towels and blankets felt damp because of the air. The refrigerator was leaking and a dead cockroach surfaced. It was NOT the welcome we had hoped for. Description included a dishwasher and laundry. No dishwasher but a communal laundry spot was there. We also brought our own Lysol disinfectant wipes and cleaned almost all of the surfaces again as there were some stains that came off with the wipes. The main bed’s blanket felt crusty like it was unwashed for a long time. Windows / mirrors needed cleaned badly and we needed to purchase more hand soap for the bathroom. Since it was a short stay and the point was to be on the beach it was an ok stay.

Mixed Opinion

Pros: room was clean furniture was new and in good condition. Vacasa staff were extremely nice and showed great customer service. Negatives: Dishes in the cabinet were dirty. WiFi and one tv was not working for the first 3 days of our stay. I was required to be there when the tech came to make repairs which took 3-4 hours. I must say that Vacasa was extremely nice about the situation. The biggest negative and everyone needs to know this…. You are unable to safely access the beach during certain times of the day. They have sand bags up at the base of the condos but the water is crashing against the bags during the day. If you go out during low tide you’re fine but the rest of the time you may get swept off your feet. I watched others try to access the beach and get knocked over as well. This is a safety hazard and I’m surprised other people have not been injured. One of the waves crashed through the steps as I was going down and knocked me over but luckily I only had minor injuries. Please don’t bring young kids here in less you plan to drive to public parking to access the beach.

Ridiculous guest relations, we couldn’t check in our room for 3 hours. I talked with 3 different coustumer services people and 1 manager. They couldn’t resolve the problem after 3 hours the manager came. He tried to fix the door but couldn’t. Than finally maintenance guy came and opened the door. Event we couldn’t lock the door And stayed 6 nights whithout locking the door.. They told me to refund the money but never called me back. Even J called and asked for refund and late check out.. We couldn’t get late check out. They told me to refund $40 only. We will see… Definitely won’t come back!
