”It was not air conditioning weather, however it did get humid and the air conditioning was hard to control. It would only let us put on the fan. The whole place was nice, clean, and a great family experience. ”

”Clean room”

”The room was good. The floors could use a good mopping but the bathroom was sparkling clean. They do not have a place for towels and washcloths so they have to put them on the sink which gives you no room to put your toiletries and stuff out. ”

”Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

”The host was very responsive and attentive. Everything was laid out with what we needed. Clean towels, spare blankets and very comfortable beds. The property where we were located had nice amenities and was close to the beach. I would recommend updating the pots and pans, oven mitts and the carpet. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. ”

”Such a cute condo, fantastic ocean view, easy access to the beach. The condo has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Excellent location on north topsail beach.Note that toiletries are not provided and you will have to make up the beds when you arrive. ”

”Look no further! Our stay was wondrrful, exceeding our expectations. Everything was clean, styled so nicely, and the bed was so comfy! The view was incredible! The beach from the back and the bay from the front. The sunset and sunrise was so stunning! Even with it being in a colder month while visiting we enjoyed walking the beach and saw dolphins within the hour we arrived, so nice! Our hosts even left little unexpected touches..k cups for coffee in the morning, binoculars for dolphin watching....
