The downstairs offers master bedroom w/ attached bathroom, 1 guest bedroom and enclosed porch with direct access to outside deck with lake view.

King size bed with attached bathroom, double sink w shower. The bed is a memory foam gel with cooling technology, comfy pillows, and luxury bedding. The master bedroom is furnished with tufted bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, 1 dresser, 1 soft seating, artworks, and Smart TV’s with remote control. This bedroom has closet and viewing window (facing the lake).
Guest Bedroom 2 (Main Level):
King size bed with shared bathroom next to it. The bed is memory foam gel with cooling technology, comfy pillows, and luxury bedding. This bedroom is furnished with tufted bed, 2 nightstands with 2 lamps, 1 dresser and Smart TV’s with remote control.
Guest Bedroom 3 (Main Level):
Queen size bed with shared bathroom next to it. The bed is memory foam gel with cooling technology, comfy pillows, and luxury bedding. This bedroom is furnished with tufted bed, 2 nightstands with 2 lamps, 1 dresser and Smart TV’s with remote control.
Guest Bedroom 2 (Downstairs):
Queen size bed with no bathroom. Shared bathroom is on the main level. The bed is memory foam gel with cooling technology, comfy pillows, and luxury bedding. This bedroom is furnished with tufted bed, 2 nightstands with 2 lamps, 1 soft seating, artworks, and Smart TV’s with remote control.

You will have full access to our house, deck, backyard and lake.
We will not be on-site, but available via AirBnB message (first), then Text (second) and Phone calls (reserved for emergency). We preferred the AirBnB Message platform due to visibility to host and co-host at the same time.
Lake community with narrow street. Absolutely no street parking and fully enforceable by HOA.
No public transportation nearby. Must use our own vehicles to get around or share ride platform such as Uber, Lyft...etc.
* We do not provide access to common ground such as club house, beach area, swimming pool, play area due to restricted HOA access to permanent residents only
* We do not advise to swim in the lake due to unknown factors of the water, wild life...etc. Swim at your own risk and DO NOT GO PAST 12 FEET AWAY FROM DOCK.
