”Do not book through third parties. Book directly to avoid hidden fees. I was charged an additional $250 for Resort Fees, about 8 different Taxes, and a daily donation to the national forest!!!!??? I thought donations were my choice??!!! Other than that the place is ok and in the best location, but I’m too mad to remember anything good to say. ”

”Old inn but cute. Creaky floors and you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. They have a pretty decent breakfast. Never been to carbondale before, and it's a beautiful drive to the inn. ”

”Unfortunately, the room did not look like the representation in the pictures. We booked and paid for a premium room but were put in a signature room, which was very disappointing! The photos certainly make the property look a lot more luxurious!”

”This hotel is in the best location for the slopes. The hotel is dated, the elevators were working on and off. The hotel offers great activities for kids, arcade with cool claw machines, indoor and outdoor pool, spa, and alright restaurants. The rooms were decently cleaned. Sheets were clean but walls had gunk in some places.”

”Beautiful hotel in the perfect location for food and the mountain. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was excellent. Dog and cat friendly-our Kit The Kat approved! Nice workout room and hot tub too! Will be back.”

”There is free shuttle from town to ski resort. This hotel is very close to the shuttle stop. The hotel servers delicious cookies every afternoon. Feel so good after whole day ski with those sweets.”
