”The location was good and the provided table was very useful and welcomed, however, the condition of my room was shockingly poor: the deadbolt on the entry door did not work; the bathroom fan was inoperative; the toilet bowl had blue rings and streaks; the tub leaked at the bottom; and, the room was poorly lit given there was only one light provided which was on an end table rather than overhead. Also missing was an outlet in the bathroom. Lastly. I was charged beyond what was contracted with...

”Up on check in the steps to the 2nd level where in rough shape. We decided to use the second set of steps just to be safe. The room was just what we expected it to be for the price. The bed was nice and the sheets and cover was first rate. But when we tried to use the tv the remote would not sink up to the tv. No big deal we were dead tired so went straight to bed. But the room noise was so loud it was impossible to sleep. It went on all night shutting off for say 5 minutes, then back on. It...

The shower stall is small, so large guests may have trouble maneuvering within it. Wall-mounted hairdryer worked just fine, and there was a more than ample supply of shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The snack basket was a nice touch: a couple...
