”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. ”They ran out of everything, food, towels (room and pool), and rags. The bartender made a joke about the demographic that was in the hotel and that was the reason they ran out of chicken tenders. The breakfast was horrible. The bar wasn’t even fully stocked.”

”I enjoyed the Ven Hotel very much. The location was close to the metro which you can use to easily get around the entire city. And in general the hotel is close to a lot of main attractions. The hotel has a bar and restaurant which we didn’t use but seemed very inviting. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The staff advised us on finding restaurants.
