”Big room, great bed, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Easy to park and move around, close to freeway. Neighborhood felt safe. The only downside was shower water, which was cold, but I'm not sure if the problem was only in our room since we never mentioned it to front desk. Overall great for the price. ”

Very friendly staff, room was ok and bathroom was neat. Breakfast was ok. Location was good, walking distance from near shopping center and main street.”

”Very clean and new hotel building. Rooms are tight but clean and have fridge and microwave oven. Since located in downtown Oakland it can get quite busy in surroundings, though 11th street is somewhat calm area. My room windows were on the street side and it was pretty noisy during nights. If you wear ear plugs it is no big deal. I stayed 10 nights and my room wasn't cleaned for once. Breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy but you get what you need to start your day. I probably wouldn't stay here...

”The room was very clean. No signs of any bug life past or present. Mattress well covered. Plenty to do in this area. Walking distance shopping, eating, grocery, just everything. The only downside is this is on a very busy road so lots of cars and can be noisy. I sleep with ear plugs so not a huge deal but still it was there. The proximity to everything made up for it. Great free breakfast. Parking can be limited as it shares a common lot with a holiday inn but I was not without parking for...

”The hotel was nice and in a nice neighborhood! Parking was included in my stay but breakfast wasn’t. I chose to pay for the breakfast there but it seemed sort of like a hassle. The breakfast wasn’t the best but I was on the go for work. The staff isn’t the friendliest but the hotel was nice and clean. I will say, Byron checked me in and he was helpful and kind! It was more so the staff the next day that seemed to busy to tend guests and were rushing around.”
