”It was clean, the communication was great, check in was very easy. The did provide nice little thoughts with cleaning supplies, extra tp , and coffee pods. Also the washer / dryer is a great perk. It is about 10 mins or so south of SJ downtown and beaches but I was born and raised in SJ so understood this before booking. It did smell very musty, which I know the owners were trying to fix as there are air purifiers in several spots. The AC was window units not central air. The beds were...

”Wonderful property for a Lake Michigan beach vacation. The house was perfect and the description of the property was spot on. The location was very convenient … a short walk to so many places in this little town, such as the local coffee shop, grocery store and restaurants. Just wished I would have brought my mtb bike because there are so many trails in West Michigan, even in Berrien Springs. Will definitely return.”

”Very clean. Comfortable. Well supplied with kitchenware, toiletries, towels and linens. Very welcoming to our dog and the children. We stayed two nights so one full day. We wanted to enjoy the lake beaches which we did in St. Joe’s and South Haven. I would recommend a stay. Everything was as promised. The bathroom would have been nicer if there had been shelf space for our tooth brushes, toothpaste and mouthwash. There was nowhere to store those things..”

”My sister, brother-in-law, my husband and I had a great stay in Benton Harbor for my 65th Birthday. The host was great, she answered our questions and responded to a few issues in a timely fashion. The house was very clean and accommodating to what we needed. The area is beautiful along the lake. Restaurants were also great. Only downfall was not staying longer. We were very busy taking in all the sites and didn't have enough downtime.”

And had its own private deck for grilling. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a toaster and coffee pot. The WiFi and tv streaming worked great. ”The house itself is beautifully decorated, and well stocked! My young children loved running around the home exploring all the rooms and finding all the fun things there were to discover, like a jacuzzi tub (not a hot tub like the description says), puzzles, a tent, and fun outdoor games! The kitchen had everything we needed, and even had a grill with all the appropriate grilling tools. The home has nice outdoor seating, is very well laid out, clean, well stocked, close to the beach, very kid...
