KITI VILLAGE VILLA CYPRUS (salt-water pool, 5 bedrooms, Larnaca)

The Villa is located in a quiet beach view area in the outskirts of Kiti village. It's ideal for family holidays. It's 3 minutes away by car to the nearest beach and less than 15 minutes from Larnaka airport (9km). With 3 acres of land full of olive, citrus and other trees, it brings a sense of peacefulness and safety. Guests can have access to a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned in all 5 bedrooms and living room. It offers 3 bathrooms, barbecue and terrace.Also guests can go cycling nearby.

ONE-NIGHT reservations have an additional preparation charge of 80 Euros which should be paid in cash on arrival.

JULY - AUGUST minimum stay is 6 nights. (Unless there is a gap between reservations)
MAY, JUNE and SEPTEMBER minimum stay is 5 nights. (Unless there is a gap between reservations)



PARTIES, EVENTS, WORKSHOPS, CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING, RETREATS ARE WELCOME PROVIDED THAT ORGANISERS GET OUR APPROVAL AND STATE:

2. STATE THE APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHICH WILL BE INVITED
3. PRE-AGREE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY.

Confetti is not allowed in the pool area and fireworks are strictly forbidden. Party speakers should always be inside at all times (not outside or at the pool area).
