”Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

”It was not the kind of accommodation that I expected. We were close by the main door and the opening of the door can be heard through our room. People were coming and going. There is no view that can be seen from the place unless you go out of the street The refrigerator was also not working. The duvet or donna cover is old.”

”So many issues with this booking. First of all the keys. The key locker is a block away- fine, but the owners/property managers have not set up the locker correctly. What should be easy - they give you a code (ahead of time please) and the key lock should pop open. They have complicated the issue by making YOU connect to an app (this is for the OWNER - clearly they don't know how to use the system) where you are supposed to leave a Credit card etc. SO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS PROCESS. Again, they...

”Location is great, but we arrived late having booked for three people and there were only beds set up and towels for two. One of the PowerPoints was faulty and gave my daughter a bad electric shock, and the beds were not very comfortable.”
