”I loved every minute of my stay at luxury atitlan everyone was so nice and friendly, juanita thank you for everything, check in was such a smooth process and it looks exactly like the pictures the views were viewing, the location was perfect everything right outside the gate, you had everything you can ask for, i will definitely stay here again on my nxt visit to san pedro.”

”Access to the private dock, bonfire, and easily accessible by tuk tuk! We had to look for tuk tuks that did not have San Juan on the front to take us as they wanted to charge 20Q per person but we got them down to 15Q, in the end we just ended up telling one which exit it was and it worked out great! We had the best time and would definitely visit again!”

”Do not know where to start. WE PREPAID when we registered, but the owner said we needed to make another full. There were only two plates, no cutting knives, the glasses had sticky goo all over them, the stove did not work, there was no drinking water available. The couch is a very very old futon that looks like it has been picked off the street. The front door knob came off the second time we used it (it was loose and was about to fall off when we arrived). ”The property was very dirty, stains on the walls, curtains and bedding. Spiders on the bed. Dead flies and crawling roaches. The water was cold. Holes in the windows that lets insects in.”

”It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive.”

”Amazing and simply a gorgeous house! Has everything we need including a complete kitchen and a fan in the room! Would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't right by the main road, making the place noisy most of the time, and the fact that the address given to us 0-54, is not posted by their main door. Their property wasn't also labelled for easy identification. It would have been helpful if the directions included across the Texaco station and Tienda Tojuana. We give it a 4.3.”
