”The home was Beautiful inside and out, very comfortable and clean with all the amenities of our homes. The pet friendly option was a huge plus for both couples and our little friends also. The option of the beautiful big pontoon was awesome, although the weather prevented us from boating. This was a UTV trip for us and the access to Iron River and the massive trail system to the North was perfect. All of us stated that this property would be a return option in the future to play Up North!!!”

”Great place for a family gathering. Lots of room to spread out but a spacious and cozy living room to gather, play games and be together. We were unable to connect to WiFi with the home’s hot spot- my son had his along so we were able to slowly connect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was amazing!”

”They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!”

The beds and pillows were new and comfortable and my daughter slept on the futon in the living room and said it was nice. The kitchen had all of the necessities to cook in. Paper products were provided which was a nice touch and the host even had snacks for us when we arrived. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would rent again. ”
