”At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. The breakfast was great and their food was really good. The facilites was very nice once they moved our room, tge view is spectacular. I totally recommend.”

”We stayed at Casa de Herencia which was just behind the church. It was decent. Lots of bugs though on the ground floor but the sheets and beds were clean. You can't expect too much from an old house but they did their best to maintain it. The staff overall were very helpful and accommodating though the front desk girl was a bit annoying. The manager also did not want to honor Senior Citizen's Discount for an extra bed we requested, which was a bit off-putting. The breakfast at the restaurant was...

”I liked the overall facility. I like that they have a gate they lock at night. room clean and had air conditioning. Pools were clean. None of the water slides were on. that is one of the main reasons for a non 5 star review. The cheaper rooms are not the one in the main picture either. That is fine cause it was the cheaper room. ”

”Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. ”
