I love the views from the houses overlooking a pond or lake where there is lots of wildlife to observe. ”We stayed for a mid week break in June 2025's heatwave. It was lovely to be next to the lake in the heat. There were lakes where we could paddle to cool down and let the dog walk in (on lead). The property was properly dog friendly with throws on the settees expecting dogs to climb up and no area of the house out of bounds for the dog.
