”We had a great weekend at 26 Howells mere. The accommodation was lovely, we particularly liked the large living area on the middle floor. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location is great for walking and running. The on site pool was very clean and great for all the family. The riffle shooting locally I would also recommend.”

”Cannot fault this stay. Had a wonderful week in an excellent home which had all the essentials. Really appreciated multiple towels and especially robes for the hot tub. Hot tube was out of use for the first three days due to filtering issues but this was swiftly dealt with. We appreciate the responsiveness. Minor feedback- We notes that the outdoor furniture was covered in cob webs and whilst we appreciate a closeness to nature and not disturbing it, having to dust and clean is not ideal when...

”This is my second time in one of Orion Holidays properties. I visited with my son and three very young grandchildren. I love the views from the houses overlooking a pond or lake where there is lots of wildlife to observe. I like the green spaces between houses and it was very dog friendly when I brought my dog on the first visit. We had the indoor swimming pool included in our deal but unfortunately it was closed on the first day so we only managed to use it once. We went to the outdoor pool...

”The Cotswold Water Park is our favourite place to spend time with our family and this year we were able to spend the whole week out and about. The family of seven stayed in Damsel Cottage and we, the grandparents had a smaller house, Trout Cottage, just a few houses up the road. No-one had any complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect including the weather, if a little hot during the day!”

”Great property - plenty of space, clean, overlooking a lake. Fantastic communication from the hosts...we had a small issue with water - they were on it straight away. Only small gripe was about the estate facilities... restaurant and bar closed in Sunday afternoon at 4:00pm (I think). The portal for booking water sports was not particularly user friendly...we only wanted to book 2 hours but the portal indicated the only option for 2 hours was to start at 2pm - it turned out from staff that we...

”We stayed for a long weekend, it was great having the lake right in front of the accommodation so the kids could go out in the kayaks anytime they wanted during the day and we could join them or watch from the balcony. The house is extremely well equipped, and beds were comfy. The staff on the lower mill estate were fantastic, very friendly and made everything really easy. Having the Swimming pools, restaurant and other facilities on site was a huge advantage as it felt safe to let the...

”⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've stayed here several times now and keep coming back, which says it all really! The house is always spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with stunning views over the lake that we never get tired of. It's in a great location within Lower Mill Estate, making it easy to enjoy everything the estate has to offer. ”The accommodation is nice and in a lovely spot but after staying in many places at lower mill it would benefit from upgradjng some things, having 2 baths and only a shower downstairs doesnt make sense and makes showering a juggle, it needs new mattresses and the pontoon needs some tidying up as its not useable for access. The accommodation is in a perfect spot and was very clean. We had a great holiday.”

”Cottage was exactly how it was advertised and was great for our family (including one dog) for a long weekend. It was very well appointed and exceptionally clean. We had one very minor issue whilst staying (portable room fan not working - it was the hottest weekend of the year so far!) and contacted Orion Holidays who demonstrated exceptional customer service by responding and remedying within a couple hours.
