Whether its driving along the coast sightseeing, shopping in Newport or celebrating a special anniversary out in Providence we are centrally located for all your hospitality needs. Dont underestimate this 525 sq ft home, its fully equipped with everything you would need for a stress free stay.

The Space:

LIVING ROOM:
The sofa seats 3 comfortably. It is equipped with a coffee table. A wall mounted 60" Samsung Smart TV with streaming apps will keep you up to date on the news or your favorite shows. It is also equipped with a record player with various of old nostalgic classic music from the 50s and 60s. If you have some of your own old records you want to listen to, bring them with you.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is a full size kitchen with a full size 30" electric stove with oven, french door refrigerator with double draw freezer. Just installed a beautiful marble backsplash with granite countertops and a island with seating for 2. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a meal.

DINING ROOM:
The brand new dining room has seating available for 4 with an additional 2 bar height seats at the kitchen island.

BATHROOM:
Bathroom is equipped with a full size tub with rain shower head.
Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash are provided through a wall mounted dispenser.
Handsoap and sanitizer also provided.

NOTE: Bathroom door is a non-locking barn style door.
Towels will be provided.

LAUNDRY:
Stackable Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom. Fyi, The dryer uses a ventless system which may make the bathroom abnormally warm. Drying times are much longer with this type of dryer.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom is equipped with a Full Size bed with Sealy Performance mattress, memory foam mattress topper. All linens, blankets, and pillows will be provided. The bedroom is equipped with a original built in draws to this 1925 house along with a small upper closet available to hang a few pieces of clothing. Iron and ironing board available in bedroom for use.

•Foldable bed available for 3rd guest.
•Pack n' Play/Traveling Crib available upon request

Note: The large locked maintenace closet is not available for use.
