”Can’t beat the location. Everything is within walking distance including the beach and restaurants. Designated car spot; no hunting for a spot. Pool was not open during our visit which was unfortunate. They could add more chairs in the lawn during busy season for guests.”

”We have been staying here for many many years, we like it for the convenience to the Playhouse and the town within walking distance, but we’ve noticed a little wear and tear on the property that hasn’t really been maintained that great.. love the size of the rooms but to do away with the wall, air conditioners, and put in one small window air-conditioning not too great.. never mind cobwebs and bugs on the windowsill. The entire facility is clean and inviting, our room was exactly what we needed and extremely comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely lovely and unexpectedly comprehensive. ”I don’t have to bring my own pillow for a comfortable sleep, the pillows are just perfect. The beds are very comfortable as well, don’t wake up stiff or sore from sleeping on a cheap mattress.”

”Our room smelled like piss/sperm and weed on the bedsheets, so my wife and I told the front desk and he gave us room 10 which was close to the front desk which had 2 queen beds and it was much cleaner and smelled a lot better than previous rooms. I think they take care of certain rooms a little better than other rooms.”
