”Best place in Athens to stay. Clean, safe & staff is friendly”

”Hotel was comfortable and clean; staff were nice and professional. Only concern, guest next door consisted of children who stayed up all night banging and making noise. I didn’t sleep well, although the bed was comfortable. ”

”Room was clean but urine still on toilet seat. Advertised having a breakfast buffet but didn't have any meat. Chose to eat breakfast at a restaurant.”

”Loud, barking dog, sagging mattress, mild on the ceilings, TV would turn on but but no channels were available so couldn't even attempt to drown out the others noises. Definitely do not recommend staying here”

”The sheets were dirty or stained. Same with the towels and washcloths. Shower curtain had black mold and something red splattered on it. There were a couple of black bugs in the both beds.”

”We were welcomed with a smile and a friendly hello. Beth was wonderful and made us feel right at home! Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities were great, the pool was refreshing after a day of riding and the breakfast was a nice way to start the morning and with good coffee, too! The location is excellent and convenient to everything around Guntersville. The porch/deck with the fireplace was very nice. Though it was the middle of summer and the fire wasn't...

”The room was clean and this appears to be a newer property. The front desk greeting was very impersonal and that’s a bit disappointing but seems to be the growing trend in service. Room above us was occupied by children who ram back and forth and rolled a desk chair around late into night. Call to desk to ask for assistance was no help. Parents seem to just not care these days. The room itself was fine, bed comfortable. Good location. ”
