The interior of the villais modern yet retains charming Mallorcan details. The open-plan living roomcombines dining, cooking, and living areas. The cozy sitting area, with seating by the stone fireplace, includes a music system and an LCD TVwith a DVD player. The dining room, furnished with wood, shares the warm atmosphere of the fireplace, and a small well-equipped kitchenis situated behind a bar.

The villa features two double bedrooms: one ideal for children with two separate single beds, and another with a French-style bed. Both bedrooms share a modern bathroomwith a spacious shower area. This villa is perfect for both familiesand couplesseeking a romantic getaway.

The central locationof Finca 'Padre' allows easy access to many villagesand beaches. On Friday mornings, the farmers' marketin Son Servera offers fresh fruits, vegetables, and Mallorcan ceramics. On Saturday nights, the night marketin Cala Millor offers a wide range of entertainment. The new road connecting Son Servera and Cala Millor makes it easy to access both towns. The nearest beaches, such as Cala Bonaand Cala Millor, are just 5-10 minutes away by car, offering soft sands and spots for fresh drinks and snacks.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.

Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
