Padre by Rentallorca

"Padre" is a Majorcan finca with a maximum capacity of four people, located 500 meters from Son Servera.



Outside there is a beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and a variety of trees. It also has a private kidney-shaped swimming pool of about 6 m x 3.5 m (20 ft x 11.5 ft), 1.20 m to 1.70 m deep, with entry by 3 steps, surrounded by a fence for the safety of the little ones, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Next to the pool there are four sun loungers and a chill-out area with a pergola. There is also a shower room.



As soon as you enter the property, you will enjoy a spacious and bright dining room with a great Mallorquin style. Comfortable sofas with a flat screen TV and air conditioning for relaxing days.



The kitchen space is open to the living room. Fully equipped with everything you need for day to day living.



The property has two bedrooms with closets, air conditioning and mosquito screens: one with a double bed (a single 140 x 190 cm mattress) and one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm mattresses). Two full bathrooms with shower: one in the house, next to the living room, and one in the pool house.



The finca is located very close to the road connecting Son Servera and Cala Millor, but a noise dampening wall reduces the sound of the street. The nearby beaches like Cala Bona or Cala Millor are less than 5 minutes by car.
