”We had a wonderful experience at Hotel La Rose. Upon check-in, the staff graciously upgraded our room, and we were delighted to discover a mini suite waiting for us. The room was beautifully decorated with warm touches, and the king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable. Our stay at this beautiful historic hotel was peaceful and delightful. ”We very much enjoyed our stay! As fellow creatives, it was fun to be immersed in a Big Art Project that we learned about during the home gallery tour. It was the perfect place to spend the night with our local friends nearby. The hummingbirds and fish in the pond entertained us out of our bedroom window. ”
”Check in staff was very helpful and courteous. New parking lot with wide spaces. Well lit and safe. I enjoyed the snacks in room and pod coffee maker with bottled water. Fridge and microwave were a plus. Very comfy bed and pillows. Fresh quality towels and maid service was top-notch! Instant hot water in bathroom and nice tiled shower with non slip tub. Golf channel was available as well as a large selection for tv. My new favorite inn in Santa Rosa. A+++ service. For a great breakfast go to...
”The mattress was so comfortable and the room so nice. The manager was so accommodating to me, the dog and when I accidentally left behind something he held onto it so I could come back and get it. That is customer service! Newly refurbished and it doesn’t look like a 4 star but I give it 5! ”
