”We stay here at least 2 times a year and sometimes 3. We enjoy the amenities and the shuttle back and worth to Graton. There are only a couple of things ….1 the safe hasn’t worked 2 times out of the 4 that we stay, 2 it’s nice to have breakfast but it’s not consistent. Once it will be great and the next time not so much. The staff is always helpful and we always feel safe.”

”Upon rival the hotel clerk at the desk checking me in was not very helpful then they had a convention going on so that made the hotel very busy. My TV didn’t work when I first got to my room my sheet had a stain on them so I tried to call downstairs to the front desk. No one answered, so I had to walk down to the front desk when I got there I spoke with the same lady who seem like it wasn’t an issue and that she would just send someone up there to check. ”The room we stayed was #215, it was ready when we arrived. The room is dated but looked ok upon our first viewing. However, when we walked in further, we noticed an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The bathroom vanity had a faucet placed incorrectly causing water to collect on the vanity top not draining into the bowl. ”The property was in ill-repair with garbage everywhere. I saw a piece of glass on the bathroom floor when I first entered and picked it up and threw it away. Luckily, I hadn't stepped on it. The television didn't work and took almost two hours and 3 trips to the office to get it working. Electrical outlets weren't working so it took time to make coffee in the morning, plus the sink was difficult to get the water flowing..
