”Stayed at Hotel Olea for a night and it was such a peaceful, well-designed landscape. The boutique feel really comes through, everything feels intentional, from the cute decor to the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room was equipped with a fireplace which was welcoming in this cold weather. Service was friendly. Star was working the front desk and she was very personable and very helpful, which I appreciated. We enjoyed the their artisan breakfast the morning...

”This property is a good location, however, if you’re looking to walk into town our have the feeling of “in town” you’ll be disappointed. The walkable path is a good 20 minutes.
There is also no daily housekeeping.
If I had know both of these things I would have chosen a different location.

”The property is a great location and the staff were super nice and helpful at all times.
The rooms were very big and quite clean.

”We were happy to stay at Inn at Sonoma. The room was nice and clean, but quite pricey and lacking personality. There was a balcony and roof terrace wits sun chairs and a hot tub. Complimentary wine and cheese was a nice surprise. We also got good tips of vineyards and we borrowed bikes to get to wineries nearby. I would recommend this hotel!”

”On April 24 I attempted to cancel this reservation for May 1 - 3, realizing I was a few hours after the "deadline." I tried to cancel with the hotel but they said I would have to cancel with you. On that day I texted/messaged you on this site and never received a response. I now see I was charged $508.52 on my credit card, presumably for two nights. I want recourse, and mostly first A RESPONSE from you. What are the components of that charge of $508.52.
I have used Expedia for many trips...
