”The Staff was very pleasant and professional. The only thing that we felt was a problem was the coffee. It was bitter and bad tasting. The hotel is very convenient to the main part of Healdsburg.”

”It is located very convenient to the center of Healdsburg. The AC units are old and noisy. Realize this is an older hotel that has been updated and pretty well maintained.”

”This was a last minute addition to our trip from Southern California up to Lake Tahoe, and we decided to make a stop outside of San Fran. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and after checking us in she let us know all about the new coffee/cocoa maker which made a very good cup of cocoa.
The room itself was clean and in order and gave us a good spot to recharge before hitting the road the next morning and starting the day in Muir Woods.”

”It was clean, contemporary, very nice. If you plan to use the hot tub let the front desk know 30 min before you plan to use it. Otherwise, great stay!”

”This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We checked in around 11:00 after driving for over twelve hours. The room we rented the shower did not work and had cockroaches in the tub. They gave us another room which was no better than the first except the shower worked.
Someone should inspect these hotels before you list them . This was the 2nd hotel out of the 4 that were unacceptable . The Hyatt House in Pleasant Hill was the best.”

”I had reserved 2 rooms at this inn, which turned out to be a very run-down motel that had several people living there permanently. The photos that I saw on the hotels.com website were fine. It had a rating of 8, with only one review. The reality of the two rooms we stayed in was nowhere near the photos. We had family staying with us from our of the country, and I was notified that we had rooms in such terrible condition. Our room had dirty floors, a broken lamp, burned-out lightbulbs, chairs...
