”Room is excellent. Brand new and nice amenities. However, owner lives upstairs with small kids and VERY thin wall. When the kid cried, it felt like child was in the same room. We did appreciate they kept the kid away above us in the morning so we were able to sleep in. ”

”Although you will have to go downstairs to the suite, once inside the unit is clean and modern. Very comfortable Queen bed, Modern lighting, Large refrigerator, induction cook top. Good shower pressure. A quiet neighborhood but I would imagine if there was an event at the Stadium next door it could get loud. But I don't know how late events go....so that is only a surmising. All in...I would book again. ”

”Very comfortable. Pleasant use of space (below main floor of house)- with all necessities, plus nice added touches. (coffee, ketchup, games, cozy blankets. ..). Very near Hatley Castle Park and easy 30 min drive to Victoria. ”

”Tiffiny was wonderful to deal with and she responded promptly to every single message. The place was spotless and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again, but longer next time.”

”This was the homebase our family needed after a busy softball tournament. The host was responsive, kind and friendly. One of my daughters was suffering from a migraine for part of our trip, so we had a bit of extended time in the suite. Luckily the space was homey and relaxing, and offered beautiful views. PS. daughter loved seeing the pet rabbit! ”

”Otter point getaway was everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the space was huge and clean. The is a outdoor area and a bbq. ”

”Relaxing, enjoyable, and quiet home base to visit the area. The Bears Den is very well equipped with all you need for stay. The kitchen has all you need to cook, there are plenty of towels for showers, even a washer and dryer. We slept well in the quiet and comforable bed. Ben and Heather are great to communicate with if there are are any questions.”
