50 metres from Hossegor's north beach and central beach. Cycle path at the foot of the residence for lovely rides along the beach or towards the town centre.



Various choice of restaurants and for shopping you will find a small Leclerc about 5 minutes away on foot, the town centre is 10 minutes on foot and Lake Hossegor less than 10 minutes on foot or for the more adventurous by running.

The person making the booking must be present during the stay.

Online check-in with our agency (see link received with your booking) + submission of an identity document are mandatory to finalise your booking.

- Cleanliness of the accommodation

The accommodation must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness.

Otherwise, additional cleaning fees of €45.00 including VAT per hour commenced may be charged.

- Animals

In the event of damage or animal droppings in the accommodation or outside, a flat fee of €300 may be applied.
