  • The “Les Chardonnerets” villa is located between Hossegor’s saltwater lake and the beaches.

    The living room and kitchen form a bright, open-plan living space opening onto two terraces. The first, south-facing terrace overlooks a peaceful wooded garden, while the second, covered terrace provides direct access to the 6-person jacuzzi. A barbecue and plancha are also available for enjoyable outdoor meals and evenings together.
    The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, American-style fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

    Ground floor
    There are three bedrooms:
    Bedroom 1: double bed (140 cm), opening onto the south-facing terrace.
    Bedroom 2: double bed (160 cm, made up of two 80 cm beds placed together), west-facing.
    Bedroom 3: two single beds, suitable for children.
    A shower room and separate WC complete this floor.

    First floor
    The villa has three additional bedrooms:
    Bedroom 4: double bed (180 cm, made up of two 90 cm beds placed together), with an east-facing balcony and a cot.
    Bedroom 5: double bed (180 cm, made up of two 90 cm beds placed together), plus a small Lightning McQueen car-shaped children's bed and a changing table.
    A shower room with washbasin, walk-in shower and WC is also located on this floor.
    Master suite (Bedroom 6): double bed (180 cm, made up of two 90 cm beds placed together), a reading area and a private bathroom with double washbasin, shower and separate WC. The room overlooks the south-facing garden and features a skylight.

    For your convenience, a utility/laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available. It also provides convenient storage space for bicycles and pushchairs.

    This ideal family villa, located in a peaceful and highly sought-after area, is fully equipped to ensure a relaxing and memorable holiday.
