âWe loved our stay at this Springhill.
We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again.â

âStayed here before so was not expecting to have negative experience, however this stay was different. Upon arrival I was added to the wrong room type. My key cards constantly stopped working each day leaving and my room was not cleaned even upon asking staff and a housekeeper. Customer service was also not great upon voicing concerns staff made me feel like they had no knowledge of what went wrong no accountability and made me feel like it was something i did wrong. Won't returnâ
