”Room was dirty, mattress on sofa couch was yellow no sheets provided in room you have to go downstairs to request sheets and gave only one sheet and cover no fitted sheet given. The window unit in the room did not cool room, never staying there again”

”The owners were not friendly. They were stingy with towels. You could only get fresh towels if you brought your dirty ones to her. In my friends room the carpet was wet under the AC unit and toilet leaked all over the floor. Then we had to convince her to get a new room. Also stains on the pillows and bedding😬”

”This is a beautiful property right on the Guadalupe River. The quaint rooms have been remodeled, and we loved the retro style. Our only issue was that we were there for four nights and our room was never serviced. We did find a cleaning lady and were able to change out our towels. The day before we left, we asked about having our room serviced and were informed that it was upon request only and even though it was late morning, it was too late to have it done that day we were told. ”Breakfast was good and the location was easy to get in the highway. The outlet malls are just up the highway and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Schlitterbahn was an easy 5 minute drive.”
