”The staff were really friendly when we arrived and the rooms were large, and beds comfortable enough. However, the sink was leaking in the room, which had a towel placed under it, so I sense the staff were aware of the leak. Despite us staying in October time, it was quite noisy within the hotel and it woke us multiple times in the night. You could hear chairs being scraped across tiles and other rooms using their toilets. Therefore I don’t think the rooms are greatly soundproofed. In spite of...

"Superb service-minded staff at the reception! We had big troubles with our rent car and I got tremendously helped by the staff. So greatful! Location in the valley is so beautiful. Clean rooms. Nice air con. Breakfast was very good and service excellent. Peaceful pool area with a great view. Monitored parking area. Mobile phone range very bad due the location. You have to use wifi."
