”It’s an old property with stairs and no way to carry your luggage but by lifting yourself. It’s okay we are hikers and able to carry our luggage but people with heart conditions will surely have issues accessing the stairs to reach the property and the villa we booked is just one room facing the lake at 3rd floor with old doors and bathroom is outside so is the kitchen. People are friendly till you reach the property and after that you are on your own 😊”

La chambre et la salle de bains sont bien situées, avec l'utilisation possible d'une cuisine partagée. ”It took us (9 people? a long time to get to Lake Como due to the significant delays with our trains. We were exhausted by 5pm when we finally arrived at Varenna station. Hotel Royal Victoria - by R Collection Hotels

10/10 Loistava

"Amazing stay! The room and property were so clean and glamorous, but the most impressive part was how nice and helpful the staff all were. They went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable, from having my room ready early to arranging late checkout, and providing great tips on where to eat. I could not recommend this hotel enough - it was truly worth the price and made for a great finale to my Lake Como trip."
