”Lovely people at a charming house with character, in a perfect location. Had a lovley balcony area which i enjoyed snacks. I was able to purchase some wine from the B&B. Everybody i encountered was lovely, including the super friendly black lab and white kitty. I will be back for sure! ”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal. ”My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights before getting on a cruise. It was perfect when we arrived staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location was great easy access to the port and walkable distance to all of the highlights in Seattle! Places with super clean! I will be honest I was really nervous because normally we stay in chain hotels, but this was a perfect boutique hotel in the city! ”

”The breakfast was decently good on the app Expedia is said check in time was 3 but when arriving to the hotel they said it was 4. We got there about 2:40 and had to wait, when 4 o’clock hit the room wasn’t ready and we weren’t able to check in until 4:20-30”

”Robin was one of the staff who checked in us. Very welcoming and kind. We visited Seattle for our anniversary and she did her best to make our stay special. Hotel is in good location and walkable to every part of the town. Good cafes around. Expensive valet but I guess it is much more convenient and safer compared to other parking around. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and lobby needs some upgrades.”

Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the luxury standard the hotel advertises.
