”The interior of the house is nice, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However the description of the outside, front and backyard needs to be more accurate, it’s not inviting, no curve appeal. The location is on a main street a 20-30min walk to the downtown attractions however is a 5-10 minute drive with ample available parking. Communication with staff was friendly and responsive.”

9. LakeDorable House- Lower

Mount Dora

”The Lower rental is on the 1st floor, but to get to it , you have a steep incline from your car park outside, side of the house down a new ramp ( was being finished as we checked in) from as wash out I guess...and another 3-4 steps down on the side of the house. A little difficult to enter. for older folks, to navigate all this with luggage and several trips.. The entrance to the back yard is still sand and bricks and a washout so difficult to get through. While the owners are in the process of...

Eustis

”The home was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and centrally located. When we arrived, the pool accessory basket was in the pool but I’m assuming that was due to wind. We pulled it out and reorganized all of the pool toys. Additionally, there was a mixup during one afternoon when a family showed up to swim in the pool even though we had the whole home booked for the entire weekend. Apparently the homeowner also rents the pool out for the day. We informed the other family that we...

13. Retreat with bike access/full kitchen/Fence yard/board games/mins from Orlando

Tavares

”The property was okay. It could use some TLC. In the bathroom, the towel holders and toilet paper holders are not attached very well to the wall. The baseboards are very dusty. The cabinets are dated throughout the entire house. The doors have stains on them, and any extra linen is thrown up on the shelving in the closet. The picture of the living room furniture is not accurate. The sofas in the living room are extremely uncomfortable and stained. The bedroom only had 1 nightstand, and a...
