”Vietimme Sorrentossa neljä yötä. Palazzo Tasson sijainti oli todella hyvä, aivan keskellä kaupunkia. Kaikki oli kätevästi kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneemme sijaitsi ylimmässä kerroksessa ja se oli todella siisti ja miellyttävä. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja aamiainen ihan asiallinen. Hotellissa on todella ahdas ja hidas hissi, jolla ei pääse aivan kerrosten tasalle asti. Muutama askelma jää siis aina kiivettäväksi. Tämä kannatta huonompijalkaisten huomioida.”

”Jos jostain kumman syystä tylsässä Sorrentossa tulee yöpyä niin tämä asuinkerrostalossa sijaitseva hotellihko on ihan hyvä valinta. Siisti ja tilava huone, mitään sanomaton parveke, hyvä wifi, italialaisittain tyydyttävä aamiainen, parkkipaikka talon autokellarissa (20e), sijainti ihan keskusta-alueen kainalossa. Vaikea löytää perille. Kadun varressa vain huono kyltti. Sisäänkäynti kadun viereisen ja perimmäisen kerrostalon välissä. Hissiin mahtuu mies ja laukku. ”

"Hotellin henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja maittava. Uima-allas alue oli siisti ja palvelu sielläkin erittäin ystävällistä.Erityinen piirre oli kaunis,hyvin hoidettu puutarha,joka ympäröi tätä hotellia. Miinuksena hieman hitaat ja ahtaat hissit,sekä hotellihuoneen parvekkeelle kantautuva liikenteen melu (perhehuoneemme sijaitsi kadun puolella). Kuitenkin itse huone oli hyvin tilava ja rauhallinen. Parvekeovet olivat hyvin äänieristetty,joten liikenteen äänet eivät häirinneet nukkumista. Kaiken kaikkiaan oikein toimiva,moderni ja siisti kokonaisuus.Henkilökunta oli lämminhenkistä."
