If going to Positano take the ferry from Sorrento; the bus ride is long to Positano and can easily cause motion sickness. The best part of the trip was hiking down to free beach at Fiordo di Crapolla. ”Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Parken vor dem Haus ist unmöglich, auch nicht zum Ausladen. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind knapp, daher haben wir das Auto für 20 €/Tag in eine Tiefgarage gestellt. Das Haus ist nur zu Fuß entlang einer dicht befahrenen Straße ohne Gehweg erreichbar. Mit Kinderwagen nicht zu empfehlen. Der Bahnhof ist in 10 min zu erreichen; mit dem Zug sind viele Ziele erreichbar. Das Haus liegt ziemlich zentral in Vico Equense.”

Basically there is ok kitchen, however, with several basic stuff missing, e.g. dish brush, spatulas, which you need to bring by yourself to make the kitchen functional. LOISTAVA HOTELLI
"Loistava sijainti ja mahtavat näkymät merelle. Vanhan kaupungin keskusta aivan nurkan takana. Hotellin omalla hissillä pääsi alas rannalle ja satamaan, mistä mm veneet/laivat lähtivät. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja asiantuntevaa. Hotellin oma kattoterassilla sijaitseva ravintola tarjosi upean illallisen niin ruoan, palvelun kuin näkymien osalta. Aamupala monipuolinen, aamiaishuone iso ja viihtyisä. Huoneemme (2 hengen classic -huone) oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Parveke ei ollut iso, mutta emme me siellä aikaa viettäneet. Mikä meille oli tärkeää, niin sänky oli loistava ja ilmastointi hyvä! Ilmastointi pysyi halutessa päällä, vaikka lähdimme huoneesta. Voimme lämpimästi suositella tätä hotellia, saat takuulla vastinetta rahoillesi!!"

"Ihan ok hotelli. Sijainnin kannalta ihan ok, mutta yksin hotellille kävely pimeällä ei ollut mikään mukava kokemus, eli sinänsä vähän syrjässä. Aamupala syötiin kellarissa ja yläkerran kattoterassilla ei ollut muuta kuin tuoleja. Äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen hyvin joten korvatulpille oli käyttöä (kuten jokaisessa majapaikassa Italiassa). Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Satamasta hotellille ei kannata edes yrittää kävellä."
