(Apt #2) Perfect for 2 adults plus 2 children over age 7. It features a queen size bed, a bunk bed, kitchen with granite countertop, 6-burner cook top, new refrigerator, spacious bathroom, and walk-in closet. The electricity backup system provides power for lights, fans and Internet. The air conditioner surcharge, not included in the rental rate, is between 1 to 3 dollars per night depending on amount used, and payable in cash prior to check-out. A/c units are not usable during power outages.

A full service laundry and an ATM is within walking distance. Drinking water can be ordered for delivery from a nearby mini-market.

Common areas available to guests include the pool, Gazebo and rooftop terrace. Autos can be parked for free on the street directly in front of our property. Secure, free parking is available for mopeds and scooters in our gated parking lot. Guests have access to the property through two entrances. There is a main front gate for pedestrian traffic and a rolling gate to our parking lot.

The manager resides on the property and is available 24/7. Communication is possible in English, German or Russian, but very limited Spanish.

Rental cars, rental mopeds, taxis and small public buses (guaguas) are available for transportation around Cabarete, Sosua and other locations. We are located 10 minutes by car from Cabarete and 15 minutes from Sosua.

Guests may not have pets in any apartment or anywhere on our property. Friends of guests may not bring any pets onto our property.

Guests with a disability must let us know if they require a service animal or an emotional support animal and must describe what this animal has been trained to do.
