No sitting area near to overlook near the beachside, I remember previously staying and they had a very nice patio seating.

family getaway
We received the apartment in excellent conditions. Great A/C, little hot water but manageable. I would suggest a better renter-owner communication. I called, sent a whatsapp even an email and no one return with an answer. One of the security guys: Jairo was a great help. The place is great, nice pools but not so the beach area, it is not safe to get there.

The Setup of the property is nice. All of the Penthouses that ive stayed @here are Nice But Housekeeping & Maintenance is Horrible. No Hot Water anywhere including the jacuzzi's.

This place has changed over the years. My room was small, cramped and dirty upon my arrival. However. I took my complaint to Alex who immediately had the staff fix some items and cleaned the room.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but we sometimes fall short. Like you mention, we quickly worked to remedy your concerns while you were here. On expedia, you select the exact room that you will be staying in at the property. We list all of the room sizes. They do vary greatly, and I encourage you to try one of our larger suites on your next stay.

Affordable luxury and elegance at Grand Laguna Bea
This apartment is amazing . I have stayed at several apartments in Cap Cana , Juan Dolio , Bavaro , Santo Domingo , and other vacation locations. None of them compare to the luxury and amenities that this place offers. From the cooking utensils to the fluffy bath towels....everything that your will need. Washer , dryer and dishwasher. And the big comfortable beds. And televisions have full actual channels....not just Netflix and Youtube. Wifi signal is very good The sofa and dining table on the balcony , with the view of the pool and ocean will keep me coming back to this same unit. And Alex , the manager , and his staff really take care of your every need very promptly.
