This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 3000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets can be considered (depending on their type/number/size).
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings. Returning tenants benefit from lower rates and better payment terms.
