”I tried to cancel this stay after a close friend's death. I reached out to you to try to retrieve my money or to at least get a credit so I could visit Portugal and stay at the Villa Marquez a week or so later. You responded that you had tried to reach them but they refused.

”Excellent central location. The rooms were furnished to a high standard and very clean, our room was tidied and towels provided as needed on a daily basis. The kitchen facilities upstairs were well equipped with induction hob and microwave. The rooftop area was a nice place to sit out. ”
